CACi is an established collection agency that is growing. We need reliable people with a competitive spirit to join our team.
Positions available in North county and South County locations.
No collection experience is required, BUT it is rewarded. Both First Party and Third Party Credit Card, Medical, Utility, Student Loan collections and Customer Service positions are available for the right people.
We are looking for applicants with the following qualifications:
-Able to work a minimum 40 hours a week Full-time OR 20 hours a week Part-time.
-Available to work some evenings and weekend shifts.
-Computer literate (We will train on our systems and programs)
-Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
-Incredible Customer Service skills
-Outstanding work ethic, attendance and punctuality.
Bilingual applicants needed and receive a pay premium.
